How it Works

1. RFID Tags/Cards

Each individual is provided with an RFID tag or card. These tags/cards contain a unique identifier that can be read wirelessly using RFID readers.

2. RFID Readers

RFID readers Terminals at entrance/exit points, kiosks, or specific feedback stations. These readers are capable of detecting the RFID tags/cards and retrieving the unique IDs.

3. Smiley Terminals

All in one Smiley terminals are equipped with smiley faces representing different levels of satisfaction. Users can place their RFID tag/card near the terminal, and the RFID reader will identify the user.

4. Feedback Rating

Once the RFID reader identifies the user, the user is prompted to provide their feedback by pressing the appropriate smiley face or rating symbol. This feedback is associated with the user's unique ID.

5. Data Collection

The system collects and records the feedback data along with the corresponding RFID tag/card IDs. The data can be stored locally or sent to a central database for further analysis.
